1- Because  لأن -بسبب

 . Because is used to give reason  تستخدم because لإعطاء السبب 

أمثاله :                                                                                     

Ahmed is happy because He won the match -

احمد كان سعيد لانه فاز بالماتش 

         I didn't Go to school because I was ill *

    . The Oryx is happy because It feels safe * 

         . Ali gets high marks because he studies hard  *               

 

2- But  ولكن                                                                           

      **But بمعنى ولكن وتربط بين جملتين متانقضتين. 

 

مثال :                                                                  

                                         

                  . Ali is rich, but He isn't happy *

   . The car is very expensive, but I will buy I,    

  

3- So  لذلك                                                                          

So بمعنى لذالك ويأتي بعدها جمله النتيجه 

     

مثال :                                                        

 

                . I was ill so I didn't go to school*

انا كنت مريض لذلك لم اذهب الى المدرسه. 

                          . I was late so I took a taxi * 

 . Read the sentence and put and, because, so, or but

                                        . I've got a brother ..............a sister  *         

  It was very sunny last Sunday ..........we went to the beach*     

        ?  Would you like meat ............vegetables for lunch *   

   . My father likes football ............he doesn't like basketball*   

 

                  . We aren't going to the bank ...........it is closed*

          . We can go to the beach .............. I don't really mind*

 

. Vigo is hotter than Santiago.......... Santiago is more beautiful *             

 

   . It is rainy today take your umbrella ..........your boots *

  

. 

. I didn't buy the new shoes......... I didn't have any money*
